How to Create a Database in Access Step by Step? However, you can also create a database using MS Access. Here’s how this can be done. Open MS Access and click on File > New. Select a blank database. You will be presented with Table 1 • 3. You will be presented with a drop down menu. Select the option Design View in this. You will be presented with a dialog box.
